概要	This study assessed a smartphone Web app for real-time monitoring of adverse events (AEs) in patients receiving oral multi-kinase inhibitors (OMIs). Ten patients used the app, while ten did not. In the app group, all grade 3 AEs were detected on the day of onset, whereas detection was delayed (1–22 days) in the no-app group, leading to two emergency admissions. App use significantly reduced emergency visits, interview time, and phone consultations. These findings suggest that app-based symptom monitoring enables early AE detection, improves patient management, and reduces pharmacist workload.
