概要	Immune-related myocarditis is a rare but serious complication of nivolumab plus ipilimumab therapy for advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC). We retrospectively analyzed 86 patients treated between October 2018 and December 2023. Cardiac biomarkers, ECGs, and echocardiography were monitored monthly. Myocarditis occurred in 5 patients (5.8%), with a median onset of 25 days. No fatalities were observed. Early detection was possible through routine monitoring and close collaboration with cardiologists. Our onco-cardiology management approach may support the early diagnosis and treatment of myocarditis, improving the safety of immune checkpoint therapy in RCC.
