概要	In this study, a 32-item scale was developed and validated for measuring nurses’ perceived difficulties in cancer pain management in older patients with cognitive decline. The results showed evidence of internal consistency, reliability, content validity, and construct validity, suggesting the scale’s potential usefulness in nursing practice and education. In pain care, consideration of the cultural context that influences pain-related nursing practices is essential. Therefore, testing the validity of this scale in other cultures is imperative.
